I've been doing personal training sessions with Sylvia Martinez, and she's been excellent to work with. Getting back into better physical health has been great. The real surprise has been how much it's helped my mental health as well. It's been a fantastic, life changing journey. The facility is clean and a very nice environment for training. The entire staff have been very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.
I simply love Wellness Solutions! Gary is a caring, fun, patient, and effective therapist. His treatments always have rhyme and reason- leaving me feeling better than when I walked in.
All of the staff at Wellness Solutions are welcoming, friendly and kind. I worked primarily with Gary during my time there. He is fantastic. He along with Tina really listen to you so that they understand your needs. I’ve been looking for a traditional Pilates class for a very long time (non sculpt, HIT, etc. focused) and this is the first (unofficial) studio I have found that checks the box and has an amazing instructor, Amanda! Classes are traditional and challenging. Small in size so you have someone who can fix / adjust and teach. I always feel great once the class is done. Cannot recommend enough for anyone looking for a good traditional Pilates class / teacher!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gary and this therapy practice. Gary does exceptional therapy — he is thoughtful, compassionate, and truly listens. He creates a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment.
