very nice and friendly , clean, instructors are very knowledgable. receptionist is very friendy and quite knowlegable with the admission process. pool is great . would recomend this facilities to anyone the need physical therapy and aquactic therepy and gym traing to get back in shape or neeed to mend bones back to gether agin. i give it 5stars and great organasation and gym facilities

In the past, I have always shined away from Physical Therapy because I thought I was doing this on my own. But At Trilogy it’s like being at home. It is just about one on one with the therapist and I feel I got all the attention I needed. Every staff member was knowledgeable and eager to help. No one enjoys PT but I was always glad to be there. The staff is great and the results were even better.

I had an amazing experience at Trilogy, especially with Emmalea. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable, supported, and truly cared for. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient and encouraging throughout the entire process. I have been to two other PT groups in the past, and I always felt uncomfortable when I walked into these facilities for my appointments. My provider was usually working with another patient, so they greeted me but then didn't really give me specific directions. Was I supposed to warm up? Stand there and wait for them? At Trilogy, in West Seneca the experience was much different. The entire team was very friendly, and everyone greeted me even if they weren't my therapist. I went to Trilogy for pre-op and post-op therapy for a total knee replacement. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. I work primarily with Jess and Geoff and they were able to get my knee strong enough before surgery that I am having an easier recovery post-op. I would highly recommend Trilogy.
