I went to Trilogy back in April for an ankle injury and was extremely impressed by the staff and facility itself. They treated me with kindness and understood my needs. After my ankle healed, I came back to join their gym and now have a whole program designed for me. I highly recommend Trilogy and the 3 people who helped! Thank you Dylan, Rebecca and Kenny! They are absolutely amazing!
I started with trilogy physical therapy in Kenmore in 2024 after shoulder reverse replacement therapy. Coming in to each appointment Christa Regal pleasantly takes care of all the insurance stuff so that I don't have to worry about it. I was looking for a gym/personal trainer that has experience working with people who are hypermobile and thought I would try the Medically Oriented Gym. My experience so far has been wonderful! I had a total knee replacement late October and chose to go to Trilogy for physical therapy...what a god send this place is. Dylan Stannard was my therapist and what a great job he did, people that were there that had the same surgery couldn't believe how fast I responded to therapy. I credit that to Dylan.
