The check-in process could be a little more client-centered (greeting and acknowledgment that we’ve arrived)- but that may be because the receptionist clearly has her hands full. Other than that, the PTs are highly skilled and pay close attention to what’s best for the clients. The app with the exercises is very user-friendly. Appointments are easy to schedule, and communication via email and text is a real plus.

I had an incredible experience at Trilogy! Lisa at the front desk is great, and accommodated many last minute re-schedules. I went in with extreme shoulder/neck pain and my PT Mike explained every part of his exam and ensured I knew how each exercise was benefiting me. At the end of treatment, my pain was basically gone and he taught me exercises to prevent flare-ups. They have an awesome team at this location and would highly recommend them for any orthopedic condition you may have!
I had a great experience working on my neck/shoulder issues at Trilogy. I worked mostly with Mike, but I got to work with everyone here at one point or another and they were all great to work with it! They really cared about my case, and making sure we worked at a pace that was comfortable, yet effective. I feel like I'm back to 95%+ my old self after just a couple months of coming twice a week!
I had such a good experience with therapy at Trilogy, I've been having lower back pain & was working with Mike & Graham. They were extremely hands on & very knowledgeable.
