Dr. Werner and Dr. Cosimo are incredible therapists. I have been going to them almost as much as the gym in the last several months to get myself in decent working shape and address so many of my old injuries. I even enjoy having fun talks about being foodies. Incredibly thankful to have found them when I least expected to find them.
With the understanding that everyone’s body is completely different, know that the journey of healing is never linear. The process of figuring out if there’s a possible injury or the road to recovering from an injury itself is 100% based on the work you put out and who guides you in said journey. My experience with both Dr Werner and Dr Cosimo was genuinely positive since the beginning. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and created a plan that felt tailored to my needs and restrictions at the time. I noticed steady progress and improvement, and their encouragement keeps me motivated throughout each session. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a one on one, very thoughtful and effective physical therapy office
By far, this is the best physical therapy I have attended. Each session is changed depending on your need at that time. They genuinely care about you and they excel at what they do. You don’t need to be an elite athlete to get great care here. They are just as concerned with helping you get back to your normal routine. I have no hesitancy in recommending Cosimo or Werner to anyone.
I came to The Injury Preventer with a painful condition several weeks ago. Several weeks later, my condition has improved significantly and I am feeling better each day. True to Dr. Carrieri’s words, no two sessions are the same. He is with me the full session, coaching me through each exercise. Dr. Carrieri has made me a believer that despite my condition, I can return to full strength and lead a pain free life. I highly recommend Dr. Carrieri and his staff!
