Michele Christian at Stroma Physical Therapy is a fantastic physical therapist! I had a patellar tendon injury, and she was able to explain the injury (including the anatomy and biomechanics), articulate what our strategy would be, and was flexible to change things up until we hit on the right level of intensity and exercises.
