I can't say enough good things about this place! I have seen Amanda Benson for several injuries over the last few years and she has helped me tremendously get back to doing my work and the things that I love. Hands down the best PT I have ever seen. She is very knowledgeable and you receive one on one care with skillful attention to detail. You don't get passed onto another person after the intake like some places. My whole family has been to see her for various things and she has helped them all. The front desk is kind a... read more

This place is absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the therapists. Everyone feels genuinely in a good mood which lifts you up! Dr Conlan Brown has been fantastic. From my knee ACL rehab to shoulder and wrist pains. Twice I remember him fixing something I didn’t know existed or could be related to the pain I was having. Clinton and everyone in the front desk are also the best. It feels great to just walk in and you’re already checked in with barely a word since they remember everyone’s face!

I've gone to see Trevor for issues involving my shoulder and my knee. These things came up at different times in my life and after he helped me with my shoulder I didn't hesitate to go back to him for my knee. If I get flare ups or the joints start feeling 'off' again I know I can go back to the exercises and drills that we worked on in the sessions. -- I am a physical therapist myself and was looking for someone who could be hands on and un... read more

Stride Physio is incredible, the staff is so kind and also super knowledgeable. They helped me correct my posture and dig into the root cause of my issues instead of treating the injury alone. Plus, you can't beat the officemates!

Trevor, Clinton, Alex, and everyone I’ve worked with at Stride has been great. Trevor is super knowledgeable, makes learning the stretches/exercises simple, and they provide easy-to-access resources for you use at home. I always appreciate seeing Clinton and Alex at the front desk, they have always been very helpful and accommodating. Not to mention all the dogs! Trevor helped me identify what was wrong and reclaim the mobility I lost in my neck, arm, and shoulder. Everyone is pleasant, kind, and understanding. Thank you, St... read more
