Tarah has been the best ever PT. I recently had a double mastectomy and she was there for me every step of the way. Recovery from this surgery has been difficult emotionally, but she guided me through exercises and strength training for a recovery I will never forget. Even helping with on going Dr appointments. I never knew how much I need her until I did. So very grateful and thankful for her.
My husband has had a number of physical therapists (9 or 10) over the last 6+ years. Tarah is outstanding! She is creative, patient, persistent, and sets (and helps him achieve) challenging goals! I came to Tarah for help recovering from knee surgery. She worked with my doctor’s instructions to give me a clear and achievable exercise program and set goals for recovery. Tarah uses the sessions to check my form on exercises and provides hands-on manual therapy to increase my mobility. Thanks to Tarah’s program, I’m stronger, in less pain, and able to handle setbacks. She’s warm and encouraging - I’m happy to be able to continue to work with her and wholeheartedly recommend her as a physical therapist.
