I worked with Jena after minor knee surgery, and she was incredible. After dealing with issues for about a year, she quickly identified the exact strength and balance exercises I needed to get back to running and exercising normally—honestly better than before. Jenna Young really helped me regain strength & flexibility following my shoulder replacement. You can tell she really cares about your recovery by the questions she asks & the suggestions she makes to improve your situation. Her sense of humor & pleasant manner made the sessions mych more tolerable! And thanks Cristy Brown for working out a good schedule for me & for your always friendly greetings! Will miss you both!

Jenna and Christy are the best. Christy is a wonderful font office person, friendly and helpful. Jenna is a great physical therapist, knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done. I told her she is a miracle worker. I recommend her to anyone that needs physical therapy.

Jena is great. She knows her stuff. She knows how to work the area in need. Doesn't over extend but works the area in need. I would recommend her for any post surgery, sports injury, or any injury you might encounter from overuse or misuse. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Jena!!
