I don’t know how I used to navigate my chronic conditions before seeing Dr. Emma Codman! She is so knowledgeable and incredible at what she does! Pelvic Floor PT can be super intimidating to start- but if you’re in the least bit worried- go see Emma! She creates a positive and calming environment that will have you wanting to come back! Emma Codman is a phenomenal healthcare practitioner/physical therapist. She has been an instrumental member of my care team in both prepping for and rehabbing from an intense endo excision surgery that included a full hysterectomy for adenomyosis and fibroids. Dr Emma Codman has been so helpful for my issues post-hysterectomy. I have pain in my hips and lower back. Her PT plans are manageable and she really listens to what you have to say about what is or is not working for you. The office is nice, clean, and very easy to get to. So grateful I found this practice!
Could not recommend Emma Codman and Solstice Physiotherapy enough. She is so professional, meets you where you are, and makes you comfortable during the entire process. My symptoms have had major improvement thanks to her!
Highly recommend Solstice Physiotherapy, especially therapist Yvonne. Her warm, welcoming, professional approach put me at ease and created a trusting atmosphere for discussion and treatment. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made not only helpful exercise suggestions, but also additional treatment options to do outside the office. I felt cared for, cheered on, and supported. I happily experienced a meaningful improvement/resolution of symptoms and will return for any new issues. Excellent practice!
