While most reviewers here are women, I must say that many men will need pelvic PT also. After prostate cancer, Kathryn A. really hastened my recovery. I recommend her knowledge of pelvic floor PT highly, and her understanding of her field put me at ease, and made recovery from surgery possible.
Lexi is the kindest, sweetest, most helpful PT ever! She truly listens and is so caring. Her hands are magic! I've went into the office with active flares and she's been able to make it go away. Lexi has shown me how to use specific exercises, techniques and tools to manage with my health issues and I've come such a long way. My appointments with her are always so healing, not just to my physical health but my mental health. Lexi is an absolute angel and I'm to have her on my team.
I have been seeing Lexi at Solstice Physical Therapy in NYC on and off for years and have recently started seeing her in the new Scarsdale office. Lexi is a top notch physical therapist who has a very caring way of putting you at ease and explaining what is going on with your body. She is clear in her treatment plan and ensures that the right steps are being taken to recovery. The office in Scarsdale is clean and easy to get to. 10/10 recommend!!
Lexi is an amazing physical therapist in this very specific area of PT. She is extremely knowledgeable. Her expertise, along with her personable and disarming demeanor immediately helped me feel more at ease with the physical issues and discomfort I had been experiencing.
