The physical therapists here are excellent, especially Byron. I've been coming here for several months and have always been happy with the care I've received. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office completely changed my opinion of this clinic. I called more than 24 hours before my appointment to cancel (and I have the phone records to prove it), yet I was still charged a $55 cancellation fee. I have been seeing Katia for recovery a hip replacement and am extremely happy with the progress. I am very active running, hiking and climbing, skiing, etc and am eager to get back to that. Katia has a great understanding of anatomy and the mechanics of movement, explaining how things work and the logic behind the PT program for me. Beware these scammers. This has to be the worst customer support ever received by a service that is designed to support you physically. When you book an appointment at Rausch Laguna Niguel make sure to check; 1) Cancellation Policy (they don't tell you about it). 2) Put the appointment in your calendar because their system is archaic and does not send a text or email confirmation that would enable you, the customer, to confirm / modify / cancel the appointment. After a spinal injury that caused neck and upper back pain with tingling down my arm and limited range of motion, my orthopedic surgeon prescribed physical therapy. Dr. Danielle Melgarejo is outstanding. I am currently working with Dr. Dani and her colleagues on dealing with some significant right hip arthritis and impingement issues impacting my outdoor activities, and I am making documented progress.
