Where do I start? This is hands down the best PT place I’ve ever been to and Clay is an extraordinary therapist. He’s intuitive, extremely skilled with a plethora of techniques in his repertoire. I also loved Kathryn who even gave my lab some needed PT for a sore shoulder. The assistants (Andrew and Ty were mine) are present, easygoing and guide you through exercises. A medical practioner who doesn't know what "HIPAA" requirements are? No surprise they didn't know about public spaces + first Amendment. If you want patient privacy CREATE IT!
My experience with Rausch was about 15 years ago. The treatment was excellent, so I knew when my shoulder had be replaced I would revisit this clinic. I am 4 months into my treatment and am very pleased with the results. My therapist, Clay is very thorough, professional, and encouraging. Each time I leave, I feel like I am progressing and will meet my goals. Clay always takes the time needed for whatever the issue with considerate and compassionate demeanor. He's a great therapist and Rausch is a great place for PT.
I have frequented Rausch Dana Point several times over the last few years and continue to be very happy with them. Ryan is my current and most favorite therapist. He has helped my shoulder and scapula immensely. His knowledge, expertise and attitude make him the exact right match for me. Jessica is the most talented aide I have ever experienced.
