The only reason I'm giving this office three stars is because of my experience with the front desk staff member, who I believe is named Elizabeth. On multiple occasions, she has spent a significant amount of time on her phone texting while patients are waiting at the front desk to check in or schedule appointments. It's frustrating to stand there waiting for assistance while she appears focused on her phone instead of helping patients. My mom has been coming to this place for a few months now for knee pain, Mom is happy with female Therapist who has done a great job in helping her out. Also wanted to give it a shout out to the front desk, who has been wonderful in assisting us with scheduling moms appts and assisting with concerns with insurance issues. I came here because I was recovering from a left ankle fracture. When I started PT I was not confident and had a complete mental block thinking my ankle would break again, but the team always cheered me on and supported me through my exercises. They always greeted me at the door and always made me feel welcomed. They gave me the confidence and push I needed to continue my everyday life. Thanks again to you Mike and your incredible team!
Hello, I'm very disappointed, not so much with the place itself, but with the person who served me at the window. Perhaps it's because I'm Hispanic. She treated me with such indifference that I had to leave because of her unpleasant demeanor. From the beginning, when I showed her my ID and insurance, she told me that my insurance didn't cover it, and her colleague told her it did. Best physical therapy facility I have been too. Jeremy was constantly adjusting me recovery plan based on what was happening. Showed me what and where the problems were. Explained what was doing what and why. Told me how to make sure I was doing everything right. If an exercise cause cramping or problems he found an alternate option that would target the right area without causing the problems.
