I live part time in the UWS and part time in FL. In Florida I have tried FOUR DIFFERENT physical therapists. I was so discouraged. Then I found Flex and specifically Dr. Sandon Stevens. I highly recommend Flex Physical Therapy! I have seeing Ian who is a very skilled Physical Therapist and I am very happy with the care and treatment that I have received!
This is the best physical therapy place I’ve been to in years. My symptoms improved immediately and my therapist gave me superb hands-on treatment. I recommend it highly (also recommend my PT Ian, who’s been wonderful).
The therapists were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was happening with my body and why each exercise was important. The care was highly personalized and the team adjusted my plan based on my progress. If you are looking for professional care that gets results, this is the place to go.
I had a great experience at Flex. Ian was wonderful. I went for injury prevention training for a marathon and was able to run pain free thanks to the excersizes and expert care. Will definitely come here again for PT in the future.
