I was referred to Elevate Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine by my chiropractor prior to surgery. She gave a gracious review of your company. When I arrived I felt welcomed and knew immediately I was in the right place for my recovery. I was assigned with Dyllan Frahm. Dyllan was welcoming, warm, smart, professional, fun and just a great person to work with the past 4 months. Best of the best. I have been working on an injury at Elevate Physical Therapy for about 10 weeks. Amie makes scheduling appointments quick and easy, technicians Payton and Izzy are a kind and welcoming start to each session, and my therapist Colton puts so much thought and care into each of my visits. I can’t recommend this team enough.
Tamie has provided me great care. She is a great listener, and I appreciate her expertise and variety of approaches to therapy. She’ll always be my go-to for PT needs!
Five stars for an incredible team! From the moment you walk in, the staff is consistently warm and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. Dyllan was exceptionally knowledgeable and truly invested in my recovery. I felt supported throughout the entire process and always knew I was in expert hands. While I’m happy to have graduated, I’m going to miss my time there. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Evlevate physical therapy for injuries! I came in with a painful hamstring strain that was keeping me from [running/working out]. Justin created a structured plan. I am now back to 100% pain-free and feel stronger than before the injury. Five stars!
