I could not have been more pleased from the owner to the parking lot attendant. This was a phenomenal experience. The staff is engaging. They care their nice people and their professional. My rehab went exceptionally well I would recommend balance solutions to anybody and everybody. my primary therapist name is Taylor and she was one sweet Sasey. Great therapist.

I received good therapy, however their billing is a nightmare. I have recommended Balance Solutions to many people and will never again based on my billing experience and being lied to multiple times about them sending an itemized receipt that Medical Mutual required.
The Balance Solutions therapists, staff and location are top of the scale. I’ve worked with Maria, Britany and Nate for physical therapy and appreciate their talent and knowledge more than words can say. I’ve been treated kindly and professionally. Amazing facility with amazing clinicians. I had the chance to spend the weekend here during a recent CEU. As hosts, Adam and his staff went above and beyond!
