I can't say enough great things about Ascent Total Performance. I've seen outstanding online reviews about them and met the owners a few years ago. Several of my friends have been and raved about how great the service is. I injured my knee about a week ago and the pain didn't subside. I called Ascent and they were able to get me in quickly. Your personally assigned physical therapist encourages you to set reasonable goals for your improvement and is there with you to help you achieve them. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing to help you progress. Very positive and friendly.
Kayla is my PT and she is top shelf. She’s empathetic yet firm. She explains what is happening and process of recovery and how the muscles balance and strength work together. Any question I ask her she can answer. Highly recommend.
Had a minor hamstring injury from playing Softball in lieu of my prep for World's Strongest Woman. What could have taken me out of my competition was quickly resolved by a handful of the PT's at this clinic. I could not recommend a more thorough group of physical therapists in the area. If you're an athlete or just dealing with some aches and pains, Ascent is the perfect place to go!
I've been going to Ascent for the past two months for a shoulder injury, and I'll add to their many 5-star reviews. Dr. Will Turner has been fantastic throughout my entire rehab. Extremely knowledgable, kind, patient, and great at explaining exercises and the reasons for them. And Kristine at the front desk couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. If I ever need physical therapy again, I will definitely return. Highly recommended!
