Agile has been amazing throughout my hip surgery recovery. Dylan’s knowledge, encouragement, and personalized approach helped me regain strength and get back to my functional daily activities. They genuinely care about their patients and made every session productive and positive. 10/10 highly recommend — I will be sad when I don’t need PT anymore!!!
Agile was an incredible experience. This was my first time having physical therapy and Dylan was amazing. He listened and found ways to decrease my pain and increase my mobility. Each visit was therapeutic and helpful. I highly recommend the PTs at Agile and clearly understand the value of physical therapy following these visits.
Feeling much better just after one session. Dylan is so nice and helpful. Wonderful experience and entire staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The stretching, the hands on approach, and the strengthening exercises were all tailored to my needs. I really didn’t think I would feel this much better this quickly. Thank you so much, Agile!
Cannot recommend them enough! I was referred to Agile by someone at work and I'm so glad they did. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my neck and honestly thought it was just something I was going to have to live with for the rest of my life. I thought physical therapy would lessen the pain, not get rid of the pain completely. I was wrong. I can’t say enough good things about the entire Agile Team! I came in for hip pain and saw them both before and after hip labrum surgery. They went above and beyond, even going as far as researching figure skating specific movements to help me get back on the ice and back to life as quickly as possible. I was back to work full time as a nurse 8 weeks post op, on the ice at 10 weeks, and jumping in my skates at week 12 and this team and their dedication was huge in making that all possible.
